I think if I were to ask what people thought of when they saw a lion, most would have a similar answer. I believe the common answer would have something to do with courage and fearlessness. A lion is at the top of their food chain, they do not fear the world around them because they know where they stand. That's how I want to live my life. I want to live with an unmistakable, unshakable, fearlessness.
Most people would ask how? How is that possible with the unpredictable, scary world we live in? The simple answer is, I know who God is and I believe His word. To elaborate, God is my father and He promises to never leave me or forsake me. He promises in His word to take care of all of my needs and He even expresses that He cares about our desires. I am made in the image of God...You are made in the image of God...Let that sink in for a minute. When God made us, He looked at himself for the blueprint. God is the creator and ruler of this world and we are made LIKE HIM!!!!! If what God says is true, then what in the world could possibly cause us to live in fear? I know that there are situations that come up in life that are "scary" or "intimidating". Trust me, I've been there plenty of times. But, I believe that living fearlessly doesn't mean we never deal with fear. I think that living fearlessly means we choose faith and courage in the face of fear. When fear arises, we choose to do what we know needs to be done. When we started this journey, we took a leap of faith that was TERRIFYING. I'd be lying if I said that I wasn't shaking as I handed in my letter of resignation. Samuel and I knew that we were being called to trust God and let go of the job security I had to pursue this dream. Knowing and believing that it was the right move still didn't make all of the "Fear" go away. But, when faced with that fear, we acted in faith. We chose to trust God and His calling on our lives. My encouragement to you is this, choose faith, choose courage, and live the life that God has called you to live. That's what this journey is, for us. We have no idea where we are going or what will happen, but we know that whatever we come up against, God already has the solution. So, why did we pick a lion? We wanted to have a logo that was a symbol of FEARLESSNESS. We want to inspire people to LIVE BOLD, and go after God's best! Wow! This trailer has been SUCH a blessing in this journey we are on! Our trailer came in at the beginning of September and we went to pick it up on September 9, 2019. My sweet grandparents supplied this for our business because they wanted to be a part of the journey that God has for us. They flew down to Georgia so that they could go on the trip to pick it up with us. Once we had the trailer, the prep work to get it event ready began.
We started finding the different equipment we needed and slowly, but surely, it came together. We put everything in the trailer, added stickers to the outside and off we went! The events we have worked with our trailer are in order as follows: Trunk or Treat-Donalsonville, GA Mule Days-Calvary, GA Old South Day- Ochlocknee, GA Christmas Bazaar- Panama City Beach, FL Christmas Parade- Donalsonville, GA Our plans are to finish up the process of getting certified and start serving daily in and around our area. We are always looking for festivals and events to work. If you have any suggestions, please leave them us a comment! We will post different events that we are scheduled to be at on this page or even locations in town! That way, you can keep up with your favorite coffee and smoothie service! We will also post pictures and comments from events that we have done after they are over! Please let us know what you think about your experience if you get to see us at an event! We are always up for CONSTRUCTIVE criticism and helpful suggestions! :) That's all for now! Be blessed!
